I don’t think any of us quite knew what this pandemic would turn into, and the stress levels, pain, loneliness, and worry can be very overwhelming. I’ve been using several tactics to stay positive and upbeat, because worry and stress really drain me. It took me years to learn that keeping your mindset in tip top shape is the one and only thing that will make a difference in your life, and so I dive straight into that as soon as the going gets crazy.
